We're very happy to announce that the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) has awarded the Certified Autism Resource label to FrontRow classroom sound systems. This means our technology meets IBCCES' criteria for helping improve communication and the classroom environment for students with autism.
Many independent studies have noted benefits for all students in attentiveness and on-task behavior in classrooms with FrontRow sound technology, but this is the first formal recognition of advantages specifically for individuals with autism. Because this technology helps compensate for communication barriers (background noise and distance from the teacher for example) and limitations in brain development (by helping to ensure a clear audio signal for all students), FrontRow sound systems can help students with autism in the areas of speech perception, attention, behavior, seating disparities, and overall classroom success.
We're proud and honored to have this certification for FrontRow products. If you have any questions about how we can help improve your classroom's environment for individuals with autism, please ask!
